MIND Performance Coaching is ideal for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-performers who want measurable growth, stronger emotional intelligence, and more mental stamina — without slowing down for traditional therapy models.

No diagnosis is required. Coaching is not clinical treatment — it’s a proactive investment in your mental performance and personal evolution. If you DO have a diagnosis that you believe will impact your work, it should be disclosed in the assessment. Fortunately, Lindsey’s training as a therapist allows her the skillset to understand diagnoses and make necessary accommodations to our work as needed.
Depending on your needs, we work on focus optimization, emotional regulation, stress resilience, energy management, communication in relationships, leadership skills, and sustainable success habits — all customized to your lifestyle and goals. Your initial assessment will help us to gauge our most impactful starting point.

Coaching typically involves regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions, which are 45 minutes each, plus customized action steps between sessions. We design a rhythm that fits your busy life without overwhelming your schedule. Homework will never require more than just a few minutes per day. 

Many clients notice shifts within the first few sessions — greater clarity, energy, and emotional regulation — with compounding results over the course of the program.’
Currently, sessions are only available virtually as Lindsey is undergoing a cross country move with her family. Once she has settled in she will likely offer in person opportunities again.
