Each of the Workshops last around 60 minutes but I recommend blocking out a little bit of extra time before hand to download the workbook and set the mood, plus a little time afterwards to wrap up any notes or start to practice what you learned!
Working through all 7 workshops could be done in as little as a week but I recommend spacing them out every couple of days.
Great question! All of these workshops have been designed for individuals, but corporate training is one of my favorite ways to teach my method. Short answer: No. While my training and background is rooted in traditional therapy, I have never found the insurance model to be the best route to the systemic change needed to address our mental health crisis. I do work to make my work approachable and affordable, knowing that research shows that even a small investment in the process has a greater outcome of results.
