What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is a collaborative process with an ongoing relationship between the Client and Coach. The coaching experience supports the Client in establishing new behaviors and better understanding old behaviors. Coaching is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders.

Barrier Breakthrough
In this 90 minute session, Lindsey will help you to better understand yourself and the blocks that are keeping you feeling stuck. First, using her customized EMDR-informed protocol, she will help you identify and reprocess a limiting belief that has hijacked your daily habits. She will also help you analyze the results of a personality assessment, identifying strengths and weaknesses as your starting point to transformative change.
